    Powerful Machine
I purchased this unit specifically for the power scythe attachment capability to help clean up cattails around a few ponds. I also bought the trimmer head to trim around the house. Both attachments work great and the motor has plenty of power. The only downside is the initial cost investment is higher than an equivalent trimmer model, but with the flexibility to add a pole saw, hedge trimmer, and maybe and edger and blower in the future, the total investment over time will be less. In my ... read more opinion, this is the way to go if you have a large property to tend to.

    KM 131 is a beast!
I started off with a KM 91 and while it was stronger than most weed eaters and hedge trimmers I’ve used in the past I still wanted more. So I upgraded to the KM 131 and wow, what I difference! This thing has crazy torque and drives everything from my pole saw to my edger with ease. I like not having to rev the motor all the way up to get power and this things does well. Highly recommended for anyone looking at multi tool options...

    Incredible Powerful Product
10 Stars out of a possible 5! Recently purchased my first Stihl Product, the Komi KM 131R. First Job, clear out dead vegetation and reeds. Tried the weed eater, line was gone in the first pass. Attached the FS-KM Brushcutter, incredible power, literally destroyed everything in its path! This tool was so powerful it startled me, and I've been performing yard maintenance for 35 years, at times professionally. I can't give this tool a high enough recommendation. I had burned through other ... read more name brand tools prior to this, all failed. Stihl is now my forever go-to tool.

    A Must Have Accessory!
This Wheel Kit stays on my "Yard Boss" All the Time. Makes putting on and taking off all of my attacments easy, Is extremely helpful when working the yard boss. All of the attachments that I have work very well with the wheel kit. No need to worry about weight or arm fatigue , control of the yard boss is so easy. I would highly reccomend the wheel kit to any one who has a yard boss. Even the edger that has a wheel with it,I still leave the wheel kit on, easier to control.

    Needs Sturdier Wheels
My Yard Boss came with the wheel kit. It was somewhat shaky in the store, but it didn't get to be annoyingly shaky until I was cultivating on a hill when the wheels themselves flexed. It would be better to have inflatable tires on more rigid rims. Also larger inflatable wheels on a shorter down shaft to the axles would reduce the wiggle. It just feels flimsy and I expect more out of Stihl.

The wheels are the reason I bought the boss over a kombi
The wheels work incredible! When tilling I leave them in up position for weight. I use them when power sweeping for spring cleanups. And like another user stated just makes using the edger easier. The wheels are a great investment!!

    Replacement for backpack blower
Bought this product because of the capability to use as pole saw and weedeater. When I was at the Stihl dealer, i asked about the backpack blowers and decided to go with the blower attachment for this product instead due to price. I live on 1.06 acres of mature trees. Got it out and blew all my leaves into a pile in the corner of my lot. This was well worth the money. Now I am going to give it some time and reply to this post letting you know when it breaks if it ever does so. Happy Customer!

    Lightweight power
Im a professional trail builder, so when I choose a power tool I'm looking for the optimal balance of power and weight. Often walking miles through dense brush and steep terrain, I can't afford to lug around extra weight. I have cleared miles of 1-2" autumn olive, brush, branches, vines, and understory growth with the adjustable hedge trimmer, an absolute beast. This unit checks all the boxes. Reliable, powerful, lightweight 2 cycle power. The extensive positive reviews sealed the deal for me. ... read more Use an ethanol free pre-mix fuel and it will start easy for life.

    Light and powerful
Great tool! Amazing power and not a heavy tool. I really enjoy how easy it is to change this tool from one attachment to another.

Great addition to my KombiSystem set of Tools
Great deal to purchase as a whole new attachment, it comes with the 4 tooth grass blade, grass guard and a cover to protect the blade. I now have the FS-KM Line Head Trimmer, FS-KM Brushcutter with circular saw Scratcher Tooth Blade and this FS-KM Brushcutter with 4 Tooth Grass Blade. With a quick change I can now use the right tool to cut grass/weeds/sm bushes that grow near the canal behind my house. The only reason I rated it a 4 was that I needed to sharpen the blade after my first use as ... read more it was pushing some of the grass and not cutting it

    Good tool that will last
Cutter works well and holds up to some abuse. Cut an acre of tall weeds with little trouble. Matched with KM 94 trimmer head, its a great combo.

totally awesome - too much fun.
have a KM 91 R with 3 point cutter tool... destroys black/salmon berry, and 1/4" dia easy up to 1/2" harder wood with muscle. I think if I had one of the more circular saw type blades I could cut the 1/2" and up saplings ++super easy++. IMHO... you want a good shoulder harness. The bruchcutter can work hard. wear safety glasses, it spits, which means it works.

    Time saver
Works well as long as the soil is neither wet or too dry. When damp, the tool clogs and has to have the soil removed from the housing every six inches or so. If the soil has a lot of clay and is very dry the blade fails to cut to the full depth. If soil conditions are just right it works great and beats using a shovel as I have done in the past.

    Very easy to use
I have recently bought this unit for my landscaping. I normally have to rent a bed edger, and my local dealer told me about this great little tool. What took me about 4 hours to do, took me only about 30-45 minutes. Very easy to use, doesn't throw the dirt like the rented bed edger. The only drawback was that it really didn't dress the side of the edge with grass over hanging. After I cut the edges, I just took my other edger with the metal blade and dressed the edges. Than followed with my ... read more blower to diffuse the grass and extra dirt on the edges. This edge redefiner will save me lots of time with my customers. This is a must needed tool if you do a lot of edging. I use this head with my FS250.

    This is a great tool
I have most of the tools to fit the KombiSystem and by far this on is the most rewarding. The job it does is hard to believe and with ease. I should have bought this sooner but thought it was expensive for an edger. I'm hear to tell, you won't be disappointed. I would recommend it to everyone.

Use this on the property I manage for the artificial golf green. Referred to as a power broom, it does what it says. Great for in-fill, daily cleaning, and removing moss/fungus from the turf. Green is spotless after one pass. I couldn't believe how well it worked. Has quick release pins for changing/cleaning bristles, very nice feature. I run it on a 130r, has enough power to make me catch my balance when I'm not holding it right. Can't get it to bog down no matter how hard I try. It is heavy ... read more and a little awkward at first.

Only purchase this if you want to meet all your neighbors!
I bought this after reading many reviews and watching a few youtube videos. I was looking for something to clean up the yard of our new home. The lot is about 3/4 acre. I basically used it upside down as a power rake and holy smokes did it do everything I was hoping it would do! Stones near the road, pine needles around a tree, thatch - ALL GONE. Grass - just fine. In a couple of hours I was done. I had to take a break and get more yard bags because of all the debris this thing removed. Many ... read more (seriously like one every 20 minutes) people stopped to get a closer look and find out where I bought it. Save yourself time and effort and buy this thing - you wont regret it.

    Awesome addition
I saved myself some money and purchased the bristle kit as I already had the powerbroom attachment. I love the power broom. It seems I will like this unit just as much. Great for sidewalks, polebarn, sand out of grass, and even filling holes in a gravel driveway. I did find that with the 90r powerhead the unit does bog down quite a bit. I will solve this problem with my future purchase of a 130 powerhead
